Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at support@flowbio.com to request a return authorisation.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Securely package the item and send it to the designated return address.
The customer will cover the postage costs for the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing period, check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
