This article explains what to do if you cannot see any data from your recent session.
Check that you've synced your Sensor with the App.
The first step is to make sure you've synced your Sensor with the FLOWBIO App.
You can confirm that a sync is complete and that data has been recorded for your session by viewing 'Latest Sessions' on the Dashboard. If your session does not appear here, you may not have started a session on the device when beginning a session.
Check that you've synced your third-party integrations with their respective App.
To process your sweat data, we require the third-party workout data from your fitness tracker. Please ensure you have synced your latest session with Garmin Connect (or other).
Wait 15 minutes before contacting FLOWBIO.
In some extreme instances, it can take up to 15 minutes for FLOWBIO to receive data from the third-party integrations.
If you've been waiting for data for longer than this period, please contact support@flowbio.com, where we'll look into your data.
