Every FLOWBIO Sensor comes with a Silicone USB-C plug fitted, and two more are included in the packaging. This should remain fitted to the Sensor whenever you are exercising. This helps prevent the buildup of dirt and sweat within the USB-C port, thereby prolonging the sensor's life and ensuring that no sweat can enter the port.
To charge the USB-C Sensor, you will need to remove the plug. You can remove the USB-C plug by using your nail to pull it from the port.

Are these silicone usb-c covers still included with the sensor? They’re not listed in the “what’s in the box” docs and I didn’t get them in my July 2025 sensor delivery.
Assuming they’re not - what is the appropriate protocol for keeping the usb-c socket clean/safe, relating to sweat and rinsing it under a faucet?
